Hey there, we're Ralph & Laura.
We know how stressful it can be to keep up with your company's money while trying to run your business so we want to get your valuable time back.
Who We Are
Since we got married we’ve wanted to work together and have the flexibility with our time that a normal 9-5 just cannot give you. We finally decided that to make our goals happen we needed to combine our experience (as well as a weird satisfaction from data entry & organized paperwork) to start our own virtual business. That is how Bookkeeping Notary Solutions, LLC came about.
Ralph has been a notary for awhile now and has experience in project management/admin work for different fields (such as, construction, insurance & the wholesale industry). All this time, Laura has been working as a Virtual Bookkeeper for the past couple of years with knowledge & experience in Trust Accounting/Law Firms and currently working in the construction field. Past experience involves 8 years in Billing/Collections in the medical field and handling bookkeeping for a small start-up.
Both of us want others to be able to get more flexibility and time out of their business so they can go out and do the things they love!
