Hey there, we're Ralph & Laura.
We know how stressful it can be to keep up with your company's money while trying to run your business or how time consuming just getting your paperwork properly certified can be so we want to get your valuable time back.
Who We Are
Since we got married we’ve wanted to work together and have the flexibility with our time that a normal 9-5 just cannot give you. We finally decided that to make our goals happen we needed to combine our experience (as well as a weird satisfaction from data entry & organized paperwork) to start our own virtual business. That is how Bookkeeping Notary Solutions, LLC came about. Ralph has been a notary for awhile now and has more recently learned online permitting so he’s looking forward to helping others speed up that process by providing remote services. All this time, Laura has worked as a Bookkeeper for a small start-up and then worked for about 8 years in Accounts Receivables. But, now wants to get in on the all-around action that Virtual Bookkeeping provides. Both of us want others to be able to get more flexibility and time out of their business so they can go out and do the things they love!
